The hotel are offering a fixed 15% off of their standard rates. Each event will have a unique code for the discount, once this is live for each event it will be posted here. The instructions on how to apply this are below:

Choose Option 1 for Reservations
Quote the date of the event as well as the code.
A discounted rate will be offered and a credit/debit card is required to secure the reservation. The cancellation policy for the reservation is 24 hours prior to arrival

Choose the arrival and departure date on the left-hand side of the home page
Choose the number of rooms, adults and children
Click ‘Add Special Rate Code’
In the ‘Group Code’ box type the code
When you click on ‘Check for Rooms & Rates’ the discounted rate will appear.
Please note, that the prices for the rooms will vary depending on when you book them, so it is probably worth checking back regularly to see if you can get a better deal. There should be nothing stopping you from cancelling your room up to a day before the event and rebooking at a better rate.
Also worth keeping an eye out for the occasional sale that may pop up as these are likely to offer better deals than ours.
